Leads Assess and the relationship
Sets direction, leads client and partner relationships, and decides what is worth building.
How we work
Most automation projects fail for one of two reasons: they solve the wrong problem, or nobody looks after them once they're live. Our engagement model is built to prevent both. Three stages, one roadmap, one accountable team.
How we engage
The Friction Assessment
We look at how work actually moves through your business and what the friction costs. You leave with a baseline and a prioritized Automation Roadmap you can act on with us or without us.
Fixed fee, credited toward implementation.
Build, connect, train
We build what the roadmap says, connect it to the tools you already run, and train your people so the new way sticks. Everything is built in your accounts. You own it.
Fixed scope and fixed price per project.
Managed Optimization
Automation decays without attention. Managed Optimization keeps everything running, keeps improving it, and is how the rest of the roadmap gets built without another project kickoff.
A monthly engagement, reviewed quarterly.

How we engage
01
No project starts without a baseline and a roadmap. It keeps us honest and keeps you from paying for the wrong thing.
02
Your CRM, practice software or ERP usually stays. We integrate first and recommend replacement only when the tool is the problem.
03
Automation prepares and routes work. Where judgment, compliance or care is involved, a human makes the call.
04
Systems are built in your accounts with documentation your team can maintain. Leaving is always an option.
05
Training and change management are inside every project, led by our Learning and Development practice.
06
We record the baseline in Assess and report against it in Optimize. Results are shown, never guaranteed.
Before you sign anything
No. The Friction Assessment stands on its own and the roadmap is yours either way. Most clients continue because the roadmap makes the first project obvious, but there is no obligation.
The assessment is a fixed fee, credited toward implementation. Projects are fixed scope and fixed price from the roadmap. Managed Optimization is a monthly engagement. All three are sized during the assessment, so the numbers are tied to the opportunity we found.
Usually yes. We build on the systems you have and work alongside your IT provider or internal team. Our work is the automation, integration and adoption layer, not replacing your stack.
Everything we built stays in your accounts with documentation. We hand over cleanly. Nothing is held hostage.
Shawn Mahdavi leads the assessment and the relationship. Mark Stolle leads architecture and delivery. Dr. Shika Mahdavi leads training and adoption. You'll meet all three.
A few quick questions show where your business is losing time and revenue. If there's a fit, the next step is a Friction Assessment.
