GoHighLevel is our default stack and it's purpose-built for the kind of automation we install. We've also configured the same playbook on HubSpot, Salesforce, ChiroTouch, Dentrix, Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, and Sierra Interactive. We confirm specifics during the Friction Assessment.
We design for them. For workflows touching PHI or other regulated data we can run private language models on your own hardware, use only vendors suited to that data, and limit access to the minimum necessary. Compliance decisions stay with your compliance officer or counsel, and we architect the system with them.
We don't publish packages. Every engagement starts with a Friction Assessment that sizes the opportunity, then implementation is scoped to it and Managed Optimization runs monthly. If a system won't earn its keep, we won't build it.
