We sell AI automation, so this site uses AI openly and on purpose. Here is exactly where, so you never have to wonder what you're looking at.
Live AI on this site
- The seven live demos run real AI models (the Anthropic API) in real time. Nothing is pre-recorded. Demo outputs are simulations for illustration: the Workflow Builder, for example, generates a realistic sample run, not messages to real people.
- The AI Opportunity Score uses AI to generate a personalized report from your answers. Its figures are directional estimates, not guarantees. See our Disclaimer.
- The Concierge chat is an AI agent that routes you to the right demo. It says so, and it is one.
AI in our content
- Legacy Lab articles are produced with AI assistance under human direction and carry a named, accountable author. Our Editorial Policy covers the standards.
- Blog cover images are AI-generated in our brand style. They are illustrations, not photographs of real events.
- The leadership photo and event imagery are real photographs.
What we do not use AI for
- Reviews and testimonials. Every review shown on this site was written by a real client and links to its source.
- Case results. We do not invent client outcomes or statistics.
- Pretending to be human. If something on this site is an AI agent, it is labeled as one.
