She is known for translating complex policy into engaging, compliance-ready programs at scale, and she brings her own working models, including the Enterprise Learning Stack, the AI Coaching Loop and the 90-Day Onboarding Arc, to how CAL clients adopt new systems. She reviews CAL's education content for accuracy and leads the Education & Workforce practice.

Over her career Shika has managed $8.9 billion in federal grants and donor-advised funds, supported nearly 200,000 nonprofit partnerships, and been recognized with eight awards for her work.
She holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration, Law and Policy from Texas A&M University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Adult Literacy, along with Texas Principal, Superintendent, EC-12 teaching and Adult Literacy Specialist certifications.
She has published more than 20 white papers and articles on enterprise learning, onboarding, knowledge management and AI for coaches and leaders, and speaks on AI-powered coaching and onboarding that actually sticks.
