Meta Ad Management · DFW

Meta Ads that print money, not vanity metrics.

Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Reels, and Advantage+ campaigns built around your CRM, your offer, and your real ROAS targets. Conversion API, Pixel hygiene, audience strategy, and creative testing installed end-to-end so your ad spend turns into pipeline, not impressions.

Why most Meta ad accounts underperform

The platform changed. Most agencies didn't.

Meta's ad platform in 2026 is not the platform most agencies learned to run. iOS privacy changes gutted the Pixel. Server-side tracking via Conversion API became table stakes. Creative testing cycles compressed from monthly to weekly. Advantage+ campaigns changed the math on manual audience targeting. Meta's algorithm became smarter than most account managers in optimizing placements, but only when the input data is clean.

The accounts we audit consistently show the same patterns: a broken or partial Conversion API, audience structures designed for the 2019 platform, creative rotations that haven't refreshed in three months, no exclusion strategy, and reporting dashboards showing CTR and impressions instead of pipeline and ROAS. The spend keeps going up. The results don't.

The fix is not "more creative" or "smaller audiences." The fix is operational. Clean data into the algorithm. Clear creative testing cycles out. Tight integration with the CRM the leads actually need to land in. That's what compounds.

What we manage

The full Meta Ads stack, installed end-to-end.

Every engagement covers all of these. We don't sell the pieces separately because they don't work separately.

Campaign architecture

Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Advantage+ Sales, CBO and ABO testing structures, retargeting funnels, lead generation campaigns. We architect for your offer and your sales cycle, not for a generic playbook.

Audience strategy

Custom audiences (purchasers, leads, video viewers, engagement, CRM uploads), lookalike audiences (1%, 2%, 5%, value-based), broad targeting where Meta's algorithm wants it, exclusion layers, and audience hygiene over time.

Conversion API + Pixel hygiene

Server-side CAPI installation, Pixel deduplication, event match quality optimization, value-based events, custom event configuration. Without this layer, the algorithm optimizes blind. Most accounts we audit start broken here.

Creative concepting + production

3-5 new creative concepts per week. Static, video, Reels, carousel formats. UGC-style and brand-style depending on what your audience converts on. AI-assisted variation testing. Hook/body/CTA structure built around what works in your vertical.

Daily optimization + scaling

Daily account checks, budget reallocation, audience iteration, creative kill/scale decisions, bid strategy management. The work that actually moves performance, done daily without bombarding you with the noise.

CRM + funnel integration

GoHighLevel CRM integration, automated lead routing, follow-up sequences, value-based event tracking back to Meta, ROAS attribution. The leads land where your sales process expects them to land.

Reporting + strategic reviews

Weekly written reports with the metrics that matter (spend, results, cost per result, ROAS, creative performance, audience performance). Monthly strategic reviews on a call. Quarterly account audits to reset baselines.

Budget + spend management

Daily and lifetime budget management, spend pacing, budget reallocation across campaigns, cross-campaign learning, scaling decisions. Your spend stays where it produces results, not where it produces impressions.

How we run it

The first 90 days.

Performance compounds in waves. Here's the cadence.

  1. 01

    Days 1-14: Account fundamentals

Full account audit. Conversion API installed server-side. Pixel deduplicated and event match quality optimized. Custom audiences rebuilt. Existing campaigns paused or restructured. Initial creative concepts in production. CRM integration and lead routing live.

  2. 02

    Days 15-45: Creative testing engine

3-5 new creative concepts shipped per week. Audience tests running in parallel. Advantage+ vs manual structures benchmarked against each other. First wave of clear winners and clear losers identified. Budget reallocates daily based on signal.

  3. 03

    Days 46-75: Scale phase

Winning creatives scale aggressively. Audience strategy refined around what's actually converting. Retargeting funnels tightened. Budget moves from learning to scaling. Reporting baseline established for ongoing performance review.

  4. 04

    Days 76-90: Optimization rhythm

Account is in a stable optimization rhythm. Weekly creative drops, daily account management, monthly strategic reviews. Performance is compounding rather than oscillating. Quarterly audit cycle begins.

Why Create A Legacy

We run ads with the infrastructure they land on.

Most Meta Ads agencies care about three things: spend, results attribution, and renewal. They drive leads into your form and hand them off. What happens after the form fill is your problem. Which is why ad spend so often produces leads that never become customers. The handoff is broken on purpose, because fixing it isn't part of the agency's job.

At CAL, we install the brand, the funnel, the CRM, the follow-up sequences, and the AI agents that handle inbound. Then we run the Meta Ads on top of all of it. The lead from your Reels ad hits a landing page we built, drops into your CRM via the integration we wired, gets a five-minute follow-up text from the automation we set up, and books a consult on the calendar we connected to your sales coordinator. End-to-end. Same team. One accountable point.

That changes the math on what ad spend actually produces. The best Meta Ads in the world don't matter if the funnel is broken behind them. We fix the funnel and run the ads.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers.

What does Meta Ad Management actually include?

The full lifecycle of paid Facebook and Instagram advertising: account audit and Pixel/Conversion API setup, campaign architecture (Advantage+, CBO, ABO, retargeting), audience strategy (custom audiences, lookalikes, broad targeting, exclusions), creative concepting and testing (static, video, Reels, carousel), copywriting, ad creative production, daily account optimization, weekly reporting, and CRM integration so your leads land cleanly in GoHighLevel or wherever your sales pipeline lives.

What's the minimum monthly ad spend you work with?

Our typical engagements start at $5,000/month in Meta ad spend. Below that, the management fee dominates the math and the testing volume isn't enough to produce reliable signals. Most of our DFW clients run $10,000 to $50,000 per month in spend. We also work with higher-spend accounts ($100K+/month) where account architecture, creative velocity, and CAPI hygiene become the difference between profitable and break-even.

How is your Meta Ads management different from a typical agency?

Three differences. First, we install the infrastructure your ads land on (CRM, follow-up sequences, lead routing) at the same time we run the ads. Most ad agencies hand off a lead and don't care what happens next; we own the conversion path end-to-end. Second, we use AI for creative concepting, copy variation, and reporting summarization, which produces faster iteration cycles than a typical agency's manual workflow. Third, we are operator-first. We tell you when your offer is the constraint or when your landing page is killing conversion, not just when the ads are.

How does Meta Conversion API (CAPI) factor in?

CAPI is non-negotiable in 2026. The Pixel alone has been progressively gutted by browser tracking restrictions and iOS privacy changes since 2021. Without CAPI properly configured, your event signals are incomplete and Meta's algorithm optimizes against partial data. We install CAPI server-side at the start of every engagement, deduplicate against the Pixel, and verify event match quality. Most accounts we audit have CAPI either missing or misconfigured. Fixing it is usually the highest-ROI single change we make.

Do you handle ad creative or do we need to provide it?

Both options work. For most engagements, we handle creative end-to-end: static design, video editing, Reels production, copy variation, and creative testing rotation. For clients with strong in-house creative teams, we direct what's needed and brief their team on testing structure. Either way, the creative testing rotation (typically 3-5 new concepts per week) is the engine of long-term performance, not a one-time deliverable.

How long until we see results?

Account fundamentals (CAPI, Pixel, audience cleanup, basic creative testing) usually produce measurable improvement in the first 14-30 days. Real performance compounding (declining cost per result, increasing ROAS, scaling spend efficiently) typically takes 60-90 days as the algorithm learns and creative testing produces winners. Anyone promising results in week one either inherited a broken account they fixed quickly or is overstating what's possible.

What's your reporting cadence?

Weekly written reports with the metrics that actually matter (spend, results, cost per result, ROAS, creative performance, audience performance, next-week priorities). Monthly performance reviews on a call. Daily account checks happen behind the scenes; we don't bombard you with daily numbers because daily noise isn't useful for decision-making.

Do you work with healthcare or other regulated verticals?

Yes, with appropriate care. Meta has specific advertising policies for healthcare, financial services, and other regulated categories. We architect campaigns to comply (no PHI in custom audiences, HIPAA-compliant Pixel/CAPI configurations, ad copy that meets policy). We work with DFW dental practices, plastic surgery practices, financial advisors, and law firms regularly.

How is this priced?

Two structures, depending on scope. For most DFW small and growth-stage accounts, a flat monthly management fee that covers strategy, creative, account management, and reporting. For larger accounts, a hybrid of base fee plus performance component tied to ROAS or CAC targets. Pricing is quoted on the strategy call after we audit the account and understand the scope. The strategy call is free.

Are you DFW-local?

Yes. We're Plano-based and serve businesses across the metroplex (Plano, Frisco, Allen, Dallas, Richardson, McKinney, Carrollton, The Colony, Lewisville). Most engagements include a local kickoff and ongoing working sessions as needed. Build and management work runs async after that.
